Principal AI Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the architecture and development of a centralized AI platform, the full-time Principal AI Engineer will design scalable agentic solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into clinical applications while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable agentic solutions for diverse use cases
- Leverage Open-Source AI technologies to maintain a centralized AI platform with unified APIs
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers to establish the technical vision for the AI platform
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years on AI/ML platforms or infrastructure
- Experience in building large-scale distributed systems and microservices
- Strong programming skills in Python and Java
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain or similar
