Principal AI Governance Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, AI Governance & Enterprise AI Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead the enterprise AI governance framework, including policies and risk management lifecycle
• Translate global AI regulations into actionable enterprise controls and ensure audit readiness
• Define metrics for AI adoption and partner with leaders to embed Responsible AI governance into workflows

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, governance, or large-scale technology transformation
• Proven success in building enterprise-wide governance or compliance programs in regulated environments
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and associated risks, including regulatory and ethical considerations
• Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across various functions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
