Principal AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal AI/ML Engineer - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Machine Learning projects with high ambiguity, scale, and complexity
• Build, optimize, and deploy Machine Learning models into production while collaborating with software engineers
• Perform hands-on analysis of healthcare data sets to develop insights and establish automated processes for large-scale data analysis

Required Qualifications

• PhD in AI, computer science, data science, applied math, or related technical fields
• 10+ years of industry/academic experience in machine learning or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in building models for business
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams
• Strong mathematical background, particularly in optimization theory and stochastic algorithms
