Principal AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Principal AI/ML Researcher and Engineer, this remote role focuses on leading the development of advanced Bayesian and distributional reinforcement learning systems, integrating them with large-scale AI models to enhance personalization and decision-making across diverse applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead applied research in Bayesian systems and distributional reinforcement learning to drive innovations in AI and foundational intelligence
• Define the architecture of large-scale Bayesian Framework-based AI systems and ensure their effective integration with existing models
• Develop and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines, ensuring system reliability and performance through rigorous testing and validation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field
• 15+ years of technical experience in Applied Machine Learning, including production system deployment
• Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, Java, or C++, with expertise in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Proven experience with Bayesian Neural Networks, Bayesian Learning, and Reinforcement Learning
• Experience building scalable AI/ML systems using technologies like Spark and Kafka
