Principal AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the development of advanced machine learning models, the remote Principal AI/ML Engineer will design, build, and deploy ML solutions for campaign optimization and user personalization in the AdTech sector, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable ML solutions for AdTech use cases, setting technical direction for AI/ML integration
• Architect and evolve the end-to-end machine learning pipeline for real-time bidding and optimization algorithms
• Define the technical roadmap for AI/ML in the platform, evaluating new tools and making strategic decisions on technology adoption

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, including 3-5 years in a principal engineer or lead ML role in AdTech/MarTech
• Proven experience in designing high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems for large-scale applications
• Deep expertise in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs and real-time bidding
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Go, and Python for backend services and ML tools
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow for model development
