Job Summary

Seeking a Principal AI/ML Researcher, this full-time remote position focuses on advancing reasoning, planning, and decision-making systems, integrating large reasoning models with knowledge graphs, and developing intelligent decisioning frameworks to enhance AI capabilities across various applications.

Key responsibilities

• Drive research and innovation in reasoning engines, planning architectures, and decision-making frameworks to support business growth
• Architect systems that integrate post-trained models, knowledge graphs, and reinforcement learning for intelligent agent coordination
• Lead the development of multi-agent reasoning systems, ensuring effective communication and cooperative decision-making among agents

Required qualifications

• Masters or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, Cognitive Science, or related fields
• 15+ years of experience in AI/ML, focusing on production-scale reasoning systems and post-training architectures
• Advanced coding proficiency in Java, Python, C++, or similar, with experience in machine learning frameworks
• Proven experience integrating large reasoning models with knowledge graphs or structured world models
• Deep understanding of reinforcement learning and its applications in decision-making and planning
