Principal AI Practice Consultant

Job Summary

Principal AI Practice Consultant, a full-time role responsible for designing AI transformations and serving as a trusted advisor to clients in HR and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive AI enabled solutions across the Workday ecosystem
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior HR, Finance, and IT leaders
• Lead functional workstreams for AI initiatives, including requirements discovery and process design

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software consulting or functional implementation
• 2+ years of experience designing or delivering AI enabled solutions
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect AI capabilities to business outcomes
• Deep functional knowledge of Workday HCM and/or Financials
• Experience in solutions design and managing high-stakes client delivery
