Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Principal AI Process Architect to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions within the Excess & Surplus Lines domain, responsible for redesigning underwriting processes, establishing agentic automation frameworks, and leading client consulting engagements while operating in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Redesign end-to-end Excess & Surplus lines processes and define agent orchestration patterns for effective automation
- Develop and institutionalize an agentic automation deployment framework, translating business outcomes into actionable design choices
- Lead the design and deployment of customer-focused solutions, ensuring alignment with client transformation roadmaps
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the Excess & Surplus Lines domain, including MGA/MGU operations and complex risk underwriting
- 15+ years of experience as a process architect with expertise in automation and agentic orchestration
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build business cases and ROI narratives for transformation programs
- Proven experience in solution architecture and proposal development for transformation deals
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks, automation technologies, and insurance regulatory considerations
