Principal AI Process Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Principal AI Process Architect to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions in the Agent and Broker Services domain, focusing on redesigning agency processes, deploying agentic automation frameworks, and strengthening client solutions through collaboration and strategic consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign end-to-end Agent and Broker business processes, ensuring workflows are agent-ready and orchestrated across human and AI agents
• Lead client consulting engagements to re-imagine agency and broker distribution functions, creating blueprints and value cases for agentic transformation
• Develop and institutionalize an agentic automation deployment framework, translating business outcomes into design choices and ROI cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of operational experience in Agent and Broker Services, including onboarding, licensing, and commission processing
• 15+ years of experience as a process architect with a focus on automation and agentic orchestration
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build business cases and pricing models for agentic transformation
• Proven experience in solution architecture, RFP responses, and proposal development for transformation projects
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks, automation, AI/ML, and integration patterns within the insurance industry
