Job Summary

Driving the AI product strategy, the full-time Principal AI Product Manager will lead initiatives to modernize healthcare staffing through AI solutions, ensuring alignment across teams and translating technical capabilities into business impact in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for the AI portfolio and drive alignment with senior leadership on the roadmap
• Own the AI product strategy across multiple initiatives, ensuring coherence and prioritization of high-value opportunities
• Establish metrics for success at the portfolio level, focusing on enterprise ROI and ethical AI practices

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with a focus on AI/ML or intelligent automation initiatives
• Experience in securing executive buy-in for major technology investments and setting strategic direction
• Deep familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, and the ability to discern valuable applications from hype
• Proven ability to mentor product managers and lead technical teams
• Exceptional executive communication skills to influence stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds
