Principal AI Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the delivery strategy for complex AI initiatives, the full-time remote Principal AI Program Manager will manage a portfolio of Generative AI and AI/ML projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end AI program portfolio, overseeing intake, prioritization, and production monitoring
• Serve as the primary AI delivery partner to business leadership, translating priorities into actionable roadmaps and execution plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of AI solutions while managing risks and dependencies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical program management or software engineering
• Demonstrated experience delivering Generative AI or agentic systems in production
• Proven track record of managing AI initiatives, including strategic roadmap prioritization and resource planning
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
