A company is looking for a Principal AI Research Scientist (remote).

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the research, design, building, and maintenance of predictive models in a production environment
Partner with stakeholders to leverage company data for business solutions and communicate with clients for feedback
Research and implement new AI technologies and methodologies to enhance product development and customer experience

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Predictive Modeling in the healthcare sector, with expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI
Experience in software development and collaboration across teams
Solid understanding of probability theory, statistics, machine learning, and optimization
Advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.S.) in Operations Research, Analytics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field
Professional experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL for data manipulation
