A company is looking for a Principal AI Research Scientist (remote).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement machine learning and optimization methodologies for models and analyses
Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage data for business solutions and communicate with clients for product feedback
Research new AI technologies and build predictive models to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications and Education

7+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Predictive Modeling, preferably in healthcare
Advanced proficiency in Python & PyTorch for data manipulation and model training
Experience in software development and collaboration across teams
Advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.S.) in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
Expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI
