Principal AI Research Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal AI Research Scientist (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the research, design, and maintenance of predictive models in a production environment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage data for business solutions and communicate with clients for feedback
• Research and implement new AI technologies and methodologies to enhance product development and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Predictive Modeling, with expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI
• Advanced proficiency in Python and PyTorch for data manipulation and AI/ML model training
• Experience in software development and collaboration across teams
• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.S.) in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• Ability to handle multiple projects with strict deadlines and work with diverse stakeholders
