Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal AI Researcher to lead the development of Generative Artificial Intelligence technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and scaling of novel algorithms and models for diverse data modalities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate innovation and maintain product technology leadership
• Mentor junior team members and participate in high-level technical decision-making processes

Required Qualifications

• PhD/MSc degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience as an AI researcher, including 3+ years in Generative AI technologies
• Strong background in parallel/distributed computing, preferably on the cloud
• Proven track record of publications in top-tier conferences and journals
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with version control systems
