Principal AI Researcher

Job Summary

Driving innovation in AI, the full-time Principal AI Researcher will design and implement architectures utilizing state-of-the-art generative AI models for various applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement architectures for generative AI models in dialog, search, and other domains
• Optimize the use of large language models (LLMs) through prompting and fine-tuning for improved accuracy and performance
• Research and enhance existing models by integrating LLM capabilities to ensure optimal performance on resource-constrained platforms

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in developing Large Language Models, particularly in relation to dialog systems or virtual assistants
• Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field
• Exceptional programming skills in Python and experience implementing complex machine learning algorithms
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
