A company is looking for a Principal AI Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement advanced Generative AI models and enhance state-of-the-art in small LLMs
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize models for improved accuracy and performance in LLMs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions leveraging LLMs/MLLMs

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in developing LLM/MLLMs and commercial deployments
• Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field
• Exceptional programming skills in Python with experience in machine learning algorithms
• Proven track record in developing conversational AI systems
• Basic knowledge of information security and data privacy requirements
