Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal AI Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the research, design, building, and maintenance of predictive models in a production environment
• Research and experiment with new AI technologies and models to influence product development
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data quality

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of hands-on industry experience in Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, or Generative AI
• 2-3 years of experience with Generative AI and agent development
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks
• Expertise in designing and implementing RAG pipelines and evaluation pipelines for LLM performance
