Principal AI Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal AI Cybersecurity Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and threat modeling for AI/ML systems and design security controls as code
• Implement and improve the intake and review process for AI/ML use cases across the organization
• Establish monitoring and detection for AI-specific threats and participate in security assessments

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in information security or related fields, with significant time in production systems
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and implementing security controls
• Strong programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript)
• Deep understanding of cloud security architecture on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in designing controls in highly regulated environments, preferably healthcare or financial services
