Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal AI Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Re-imagine enterprise work with an AI-first mindset by diagnosing processes suitable for AI-driven transformation
• Map workflows and facilitate sessions to translate business logic into agent-friendly steps
• Develop and deploy AI agents using Python and modern frameworks, ensuring production quality and security

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or related technical roles
• 1+ year hands-on experience building with LLM APIs and/or agent frameworks
• Experience in consulting-style roles, including problem structuring and executive communication
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous workflows into scalable enterprise solutions
