Job Summary
Leading enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives, the full-time Principal AI Transformation Leader will manage program governance, drive alignment across diverse stakeholders, and ensure the sustainable adoption of AI-enabled operating models while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI transformation initiatives from strategy through deployment, managing risks and execution across multiple workstreams
- Partner with cross-functional teams to redefine business processes and establish future-state human-AI operating models
- Develop and execute change management strategies to accelerate adoption of AI-enabled workflows across the organization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 7-10+ years of program management or transformation leadership experience
- 5+ years leading large cross-functional technology or AI-enabled programs
- Demonstrated success in aligning business and technology stakeholders on complex initiatives
- Exceptional skills in developing and monitoring KPIs and value realization metrics
