Job Summary
As a full-time remote Principal AI UX Lead, the candidate will design and deliver intuitive conversational AI experiences, bridging the gap between AI capabilities and user interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape user interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver intuitive conversational and agentic AI experiences, prioritizing seamless user interactions and thoughtful workflows

Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, or 8+ years for Senior AI UX Lead role
- 7+ years of experience with a web development framework (TypeScript/React, Python/FastAPI) for Principal role, or 5+ years for Senior role
- 3+ years of experience building conversational or agentic AI applications for Principal role, or 2+ years for Senior role
- 5+ years of experience leading projects or teams for Principal role
- Experience collaborating with product designers or a demonstrated portfolio focusing on high-quality UX/UI design principles
