Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Principal Analyst will serve as the primary analytics thought partner for the Partnerships leadership team, focusing on strategic decisions around agent acquisition, product analytics, and operational risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analytics efforts for strategic partnerships, influencing decisions on agent acquisition and market opportunities
• Track and optimize the agent-facing platform experience, defining usability metrics for new product features
• Build diagnostic data models to analyze financial exposure and develop frameworks for debt recovery

Required qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles
• Expert knowledge of SQL and strong foundational knowledge of statistics and predictive modeling
• Proven experience leveraging Large Language Models in analytics workflows
• Familiarity with advanced visualization tools such as Tableau or Mode
• Advanced degree in a quantitative domain or equivalent practical experience
