Job Summary
Driving cross-functional projects, the full-time Principal Analyst, HR Solutions will collaborate with Strategic HR Business Leaders to design and implement scalable solutions that address critical talent outcomes in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead initiatives within the HR Business Solutions Team to address strategic business challenges
- Partner with HR Business Leaders to identify issues and develop tailored solutions
- Translate business strategies into people and organizational recommendations in collaboration with Centers of Excellence
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6-8 years of experience in HR, consulting, or related roles with project ownership
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Experience with organizational transformation or change leadership preferred
