Principal Analyst, Pricing Operations

Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical and operationally sharp Principal Analyst, Pricing Governance and Operations, this full-time remote position will manage the end-to-end pricing governance process, including economic analysis, committee facilitation, and system execution in the price list and CPQ platform, while being based in the Eastern Timezone of the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Own and run the pricing approval process, leading the pricing committee and ensuring consistent, documented workflows
• Evaluate financial merit of pricing proposals through margin analysis and develop standardized economic models for pricing requests
• Execute system updates in the master price list and CPQ platform post-approval, while maintaining version control and documentation

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in pricing operations, deal desk, revenue operations, FP&A, or a related finance function
• Demonstrated experience with CPQ platforms, including configuration and workflow management
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to build and interpret margin models and deal-level P&L impact
• Experience facilitating cross-functional governance processes, such as pricing committees and approval workflows
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple processes concurrently
