Principal Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

Leading high-impact analytics initiatives, the full-time Principal Analytics Analyst will design and deliver complex analytics projects to support product strategy and commercial outcomes within the healthcare sector, while working in a flexible hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex analytics initiatives, ensuring statistical integrity and appropriate methodologies
• Frame high-stakes questions into analytic strategies and decision-ready insights that support product development and sales enablement
• Drive the development of advanced models and decision frameworks, including validation and monitoring recommendations

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Epidemiology, Health Economics, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably with substantial healthcare analytics experience
• Expert-level SQL and strong proficiency in Python/R, with deep knowledge of statistical methods and analytical design
• Demonstrated ability to work with complex, messy healthcare data and resolve data quality issues
• Strong data visualization skills and the ability to communicate analytics results effectively to diverse stakeholders
