Job Summary

As a full-time remote Principal Analytics Engineer, the successful candidate will design and evolve high-scale data models, implement AI-safe infrastructure, and ensure operational excellence in analytics, while collaborating across teams to drive strategy and enhance data governance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build analytics-ready data products with clear ownership and documentation
• Implement governance standards and eliminate friction in data processes to enhance analyst efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on data use cases and reduce cycle times from questions to insights

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in analytics engineering or a related technical data role
• Expert-level SQL and strong Python proficiency for advanced data work
• Experience with data governance tooling, including data catalogs and lineage systems
• Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to influence without direct authority
• Strong technical communication skills for diverse audiences
