Principal Anaplan Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Principal Anaplan Solution Architect will serve as a strategic partner to Finance and Human Resources, overseeing end-to-end Anaplan solution architecture while advising senior leaders on enterprise planning and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Anaplan solution architecture across Workforce Planning and Workforce Management domains
• Define and maintain the overall architectural vision and standards for Anaplan across the organization
• Lead the design and implementation of Anaplan modules for Finance and Human Resources, ensuring alignment with business strategy

Required qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience with Anaplan, including model development and solution architecture
• Proven experience supporting Finance and Human Resources planning and analytics functions
• Strong understanding of financial planning, workforce management, and organizational design principles
• Experience integrating Anaplan with enterprise platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, and Snowflake
• Hands-on experience with integration tools including Anaplan Connect, APIs, or MuleSoft
