Principal Application Architect

Job Summary

To support healthcare initiatives, the remote Principal Application Architect will define end-to-end application and solution architectures, manage architectural resources across projects, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with various leadership levels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and assess application and solution architectures to support customer initiatives and programs
• Conduct architecture impact assessments and prepare technical documentation for the Account Architecture Review Board
• Mentor junior staff and oversee the quality of document deliverables reaching the customer

Required qualifications

• Ten or more years of application architecture and/or product development experience
• Experience with architecture framework methodologies such as TOGAF
• Familiarity with software systems, applications, and supporting infrastructure
• Leadership skills to guide and mentor less experienced personnel
• Strongly preferred: Enterprise Architecture experience within a Healthcare environment
