Principal Application Development Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Application Development Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of TIBCO Mainframe Integration Products
• Understand software best practices and collaborate with product management to translate requirements into development tasks
• Debug program/system failures and develop/maintain execution plans and unit test specifications

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies and GitHub
• Proficiency in AI tools and concepts
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in training and mentoring staff
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of failures
