Principal Application Support Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Application Support Consultant (Dutch Speaking).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional support for IT and Business Application inquiries from customers
• Investigate and document application defects, ensuring timely resolution of support cases
• Train and mentor less experienced team members while identifying opportunities for service improvement

Required Qualifications

• Several years of prior experience working with ERP systems
• Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT infrastructure
• Excellent SQL skills
• Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow and ITIL
• Finance background or experience
