Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, validate, and ship AI-powered features for Microsoft Teams across various platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and success criteria
• Maintain and enhance the performance, reliability, and scalability of AI features in production

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in a relevant field with corresponding years of experience in statistics, predictive analytics, or research
• 4+ years of experience in software development, preferably in AI applications
• Experience in applied science experiments and working with ML pipelines and modeling algorithms
• Ability to meet security screening requirements
