Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Applied Scientist - Responsible AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate AI/ML systems focusing on production readiness and technical risk validation
• Define and validate technical criteria for production-ready AI, ensuring compliance with performance and monitoring standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical validation and support for AI governance and deployment workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in developing, evaluating, or deploying ML or AI systems in production environments
• Expertise in modern ML/AI techniques, including large language models and generative AI
• Deep understanding of AI system risks, including bias and data leakage
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field is preferred
