Job Summary

Shaping the future of AI in healthcare, the full-time remote Principal Applied Scientist will design and implement scalable AI models, collaborate with product managers and technical leaders, and mentor junior scientists while focusing on Generative AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into AI projects
• Develop new healthcare services leveraging advances in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning
• Lead and mentor both junior and senior applied scientists while ensuring timely delivery of models and integration of services

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable AI models for production
• Deep technical understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures
• Practical experience with technologies in LLM and generative AI
• Hands-on experience with emerging LLM frameworks and plugins
• Strong publication record in top-tier journals or conferences
