Job Summary

Shaping the future of AI in healthcare, the full-time remote Principal Applied Scientist will develop and implement innovative Generative AI solutions, collaborating with product managers and technical leaders to translate business requirements into actionable AI projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to translate business and product requirements into AI projects
• Lead and mentor both junior and senior applied scientists while ensuring timely delivery of AI models and services
• Develop new healthcare and enterprise services leveraging advances in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable AI models for production
• Deep technical understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures, including Transformers
• Practical experience with LLM and generative AI technologies, such as parameter-efficient fine-tuning and advanced prompt engineering techniques
• Hands-on experience with emerging LLM frameworks and plugins
• Strong publication record in top-tier journals or conferences
