Principal Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time Principal Architect will manage business capability models, align IT strategy with business objectives, and guide IT's transformation into a value-driven partner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise business capabilities model and its connections to processes, applications, and strategic outcomes
• Provide strategic consultation to business customers for designing capability-based solutions and identifying enabling capabilities
• Analyze the business environment to identify capability gaps and recommend solutions for improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 8-10+ years of experience in business architecture, business analysis, or business/IT consulting
• Solid understanding of healthcare provider business models and operations
• Experience in building and maintaining business capability models
• Knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate, ITSM, and ITIL; certification preferred
