A company is looking for a Principal Architect, Bidder.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and support a team of backend engineers, promoting ownership and collaboration
• Define and drive the technical vision for backend systems focusing on scalability and performance
• Oversee the design and development of microservices and APIs for the ad buying platform

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in backend software development with high-performance distributed systems
• 5+ years of experience in mentoring or leading engineering teams
• Proven experience in building and scaling high-traffic platforms
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies
• Experience with Rust and Kotlin is highly preferred
