Principal Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Architect to lead the implementation and optimization of HaloITSM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of HaloITSM, including installation and integration with existing systems
• Collaborate with IT leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct training sessions
• Align HaloITSM with ITIL v4 frameworks and provide post-implementation support

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring ITSM platforms, with at least 1 year on HaloITSM or similar tools
• Proven track record of leading ITSM deployments for mid-sized organizations (1000-2000 employees)
• Experience with ITIL v4 processes and relevant certifications
• Proficiency in HaloITSM configuration and knowledge of APIs and cloud platforms
• Basic scripting skills for automation tasks
