Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discussions on business and technical requirements to create scalable CCaaS architectures
• Oversee end-to-end solution delivery including design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for performance, scalability, and security

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in Contact Center/CCaaS Professional Services
• 5+ years of hands-on architecture experience with the Five9 platform
• 5+ years of development experience in web and integration technologies
• Strong experience in enterprise-level solution design and implementation
