Principal Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Principal Architect who will define and maintain enterprise architecture strategy, lead solution design across product and engineering teams, and drive modernization efforts while collaborating closely with various stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture strategy, roadmap, and standards across cloud, data, and application layers
• Lead solution design and integration strategies, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and healthcare compliance
• Drive the architecture and governance of AI and machine learning capabilities, including real-time data infrastructure and population health data systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience in software or enterprise architecture
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare technology, specifically with health plan data and population health platforms
• Deep expertise in data architecture on cloud-native platforms, preferably Snowflake
• Strong experience with real-time integration architectures, including HL7 FHIR and event-driven systems
• Proven ability to lead AI/ML architecture in a production environment, including responsible AI frameworks
