Principal Architect

Job Summary

Leading architectural development in a remote capacity, the full-time Principal Architect will define a multi-year technical roadmap, ensure scalable and secure systems, and bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution across multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Defining and evolving Ekahau's multi-year architectural roadmap in alignment with business goals
• Running architectural governance and reviews to uphold consistent technical standards across engineering teams
• Architecting complex, high-availability services and mentoring senior engineers to elevate technical excellence

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in software development focused on architecting full-stack SaaS applications
• Expert fluency in modern backend technologies (Java, Kotlin, Typescript, Postgres) and AWS ecosystem
• Deep understanding of service-oriented architectures and experience in adopting new technologies
• Proven collaborative leadership with hands-on execution and effective communication skills
• 10+ years of relevant software development experience
