Principal Architect
Job Summary
As a full-time Principal Architect, the candidate will serve as a technical leader for critical client engagements, focusing on Agentic AI strategy and deep .NET engineering execution while driving AI-enabled platform transformation and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the "Agentic Boundary" and analyze supply chain workflows to optimize processes through autonomous agents
- Lead high-stakes discovery workshops with clients to clarify requirements and translate business pain points into technical solutions
- Guide the development of high-performance .NET services and oversee the creation of AI-enabled user interfaces
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience with the Microsoft stack (.NET Core/8, C#, Azure) and microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience delivering GenAI solutions using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel
- Experience in logistics, warehouse management, or last-mile delivery systems
- Expert-level knowledge of automation tools like Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Microsoft architectural review standards
