Job Summary

Leading architecture for large Azure programs, the remote full-time Principal Architect - AI will define modernization blueprints, guide multi-team execution, and mentor architects while promoting strong engineering practices and AI adoption.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead architecture and technical strategy for large Azure programs, ensuring solutions meet client goals
• Translate business strategies into cloud architecture roadmaps and execution plans that drive measurable outcomes
• Mentor Senior Architects and Delivery Architects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in application development, cloud platform engineering, or data and analytics at enterprise scale
• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture and leading multi-team efforts at program scale
• Proven ability to integrate emerging AI frameworks into enterprise-ready solutions
• Experience leading architecture and delivery for Azure-based modernization or transformation programs
• Relevant Azure or Databricks certifications in AI, Data, or Architecture preferred
