Principal Architect, Cloud Platform

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Architect, Core Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the architectural blueprint for a highly elastic, self-optimizing cloud platform
• Develop frameworks for real-time autoscaling, predictive scaling, and cost-aware elasticity
• Influence long-term engineering strategy and mentor senior technical leaders and engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in large-scale distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering
• Proven track record architecting high-scale, elastic, multi-region or multi-cloud systems
• Deep understanding of cloud provider elasticity primitives and orchestration systems
• Experience with hybrid or edge-cloud architectures
• Prior experience as a Distinguished Engineer or Principal Engineer in a large-scale cloud-native organization
