Job Summary

Leading presales discovery and solution design, the full-time remote Client Principal Architect, Digital in Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) will engage directly with clients to translate their requirements into outcome-focused digital solutions while collaborating with sales and delivery teams to ensure feasible and valuable proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive digital services sales by formulating and executing technical sales strategies in collaboration with sales teams
• Understand customer current states and goals through proactive discovery and workshops to document their needs
• Lead technical opportunity engagements by creating solution approaches and coordinating resources to align with client stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in digital/cloud solution delivery and consulting, with 7+ years in architecture/solution design
• Hands-on experience with modern application and data stacks, including microservices and cloud platforms
• Strong consultative presales aptitude with a proven ability to uncover business friction and desired outcomes
• Demonstrated executive presence and experience leading discussions with C-level stakeholders
