Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and delivery of complex solutions across the CCaaS platform
• Own end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality assurance
• Architect and implement integrations with third-party systems and guide technical teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Contact Center/CCaaS Professional Services
• 5+ years of hands-on architecture experience with the CCaaS platform
• 3+ years of experience integrating CRM/ITSM platforms
• Advanced understanding of CCaaS architecture patterns and enterprise-grade integration design
