Principal Architect, Infrastructure

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Principal Architect, Infrastructure will provide technical oversight and delivery for cloud projects, develop solutions for clients, and mentor engineering teams while leveraging expertise in Google Cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical challenges and develop cloud-based solutions that align with their needs
• Lead project teams by providing technical oversight, ensuring timely delivery, and resolving obstacles during project execution
• Mentor engineering team members, sharing expertise in cloud technologies and best practices to enhance organizational skills

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience designing and implementing cloud-native architectures based on modern SRE principles
• Hands-on experience with a major public cloud platform, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools
• Deep knowledge in one or more technical domains such as Software Architecture, Kubernetes, or Networking
