Principal Architect, IT Infrastructure

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Architect, IT Infrastructure Assessment & Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits of customer infrastructure and develop detailed reports on deficiencies and risks
• Build and drive Target State architecture vision across public and private cloud environments, creating multi-year modernization roadmaps
• Drive large-scale migrations from legacy infrastructure to modern hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, aligning technology investments with business priorities

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in an enterprise architecture leadership or senior consulting role
• Expert-level knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and private cloud technologies
• Proficiency in architectural frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman, and experience with Agile and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's preferred
• Preferred certifications include TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
