Job Summary

Transforming creative direction into visually sophisticated assets, the remote Principal Art Director - Generative AI will generate AI-driven creative for campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain high standards of craft and originality while working EST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Generate visually sophisticated AI-driven creative across various campaign aesthetics while maintaining high craft standards
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual outputs and rapidly iterate based on feedback and campaign objectives
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, and Motion teams to ensure outputs align with brand standards and campaign vision

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in design, digital art, or integrated campaign production within an agency or high-growth brand environment
• A portfolio showcasing exceptional visual taste and strong conceptual instincts across digital and campaign work
• Deep experience using ChatGPT image generation professionally within creative workflows
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and AI-assisted creative workflows
• Strong understanding of modern visual culture, photography, and emerging creative trends
