Principal Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Automation Engineer to build and scale its internal automation engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and own the automation platform, focusing on n8n and other no-code/low-code tools
• Design and implement end-to-end workflow automations across various departments
• Identify operational inefficiencies and develop scalable automations to reduce manual work

Required Qualifications

• Strong systems engineering background with experience in automation platforms
• Deep fluency with n8n or equivalent workflow orchestration tools
• Experience in startup or 0-1 environments with a focus on building structure
• Proven ability to manage problems from discovery to maintenance
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party systems into automated workflows
